STIE Jaya Negara Tamansiswa Malang is a high school of economics which in this journal acts as a forum for academics in developing science and research, especially in the fields of economics and business including management and accounting.

Frost Yunior as the owner of the Triple Nine Communication brand and operating Triple Nine Communication plays a role in providing support for international publications of scientific works from academics from around the world who have gone through a review process and a fair publication process from STIE Jaya Negara Tamansiswa Malang.
Dr. Eny Lestari Widarni is a practitioner and academic in human resource management. Dr. Eni Lestari Widarni is the leader of the university of economics in Indonesia, namely the Jaya Negara Tamansiswa Malang School of Economics.
Bambang Hadi Prabowo is a Doctor in the field of economics and finance. He has experience as a Certified Lecturer at STIE Jaya Negara Tamansiswa from 1989 until now. Apart from being an educator, Bambang Hadi Prabowo has also been active as a Cooperative and UMKM Consultant since 2006 until now.
Dr. Ema Sulisnaningrum is an active researcher and lecturer with more than 20 years of experience in the academic field. In addition to doing research Dr. Ema Sulisnaningrum is also active in writing books and scientific articles with international publications
Dr. Saur Panjaitan is an active researcher and lecturer with more than 20 years of experience in the academic field. In addition to conducting research, Dr. Saur Panjaitan became secretary general of Tamansiswa. Tamansiswa is one of the pioneers of educational development organizations in Indonesia
Dr. Diah Rusminingsih is an active researcher and lecturer with more than 20 years of experience in the academic field. In addition to doing research, Dr. Diah Rusminingsih is also active in writing books and scientific articles with international publications
Dr. Sri Harnani is an academic and researcher in the field of human resources at STIE Jaya Negara Tamansiswa Malang. Dr. Sri Harnani has more than 15 years of experience in educating and conducting research in the field of human resources. Dr. Sri Harnani is active in teaching and researching the field of human resource management to this day.
